Gentle Yoga

This program ranges from Somatics, to PreNatal, Pilates to Yin Yoga. In this program you'll find exactly what you're looking for. If you need help with alignment, centering your chakras, strengthening your core, or just finding relaxation, this is the program to look into.

We offer Yin yoga, lengthening connective tissue, specifically ligaments and tendons in the joints and spine, increasing range of motion.
Alignment yoga gives you yoga focused on the asanas and proper alignment holding poses and moving through them.
For those 'Moms to be,' we have PreNatal yoga three times a week with specialized teachers, giving plenty of advice and care to their students.
The goal of Integral Yoga is peaceful, balanced breathing practices to revitalize the entire system, and guided deep relaxation to release stress.
Pilates corrects postural alignment of the skeletal structure, prevents injury, and achieves optimal alignment with positioning the pelvis, ribcage, shoulder girdle, and head with respect to each other, and then utilizing all the stabilization muscles to maintain that alignment while performing the exercises.
Somatics is an approach to renewed control of the muscles through use of the voluntary motor system, increasing effects as you develop greater flexibility and ease of movement as you repeat them over time.
Kundalini Yoga's Tantra propose that this energy can be "awakened" by Guru, but body and spirit must be prepared by yogic austerities such as pranayama, or breath control, physical exercises, visualization, and chanting, an extremely restorative modality.
