Cancellations up to two weeks before the start of a workshop, training
or event, has a 50% cancellation fee, and a 50% refund by check or
in-store credit. Check refunds may take up to 2-4 weeks and store
credit can be issued immediately.

Any cancellations within two weeks of the start date, the client will
be charged a 50% cancellation fee, and issued a 50% in store credit only.

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the workshop, has a 100%
cancellation fee.
